David S. Vassalli is a Trial Attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful deaths, premises liability, childhood sexual abuse, and governmental entity litigation. Additionally, David has studied medical malpractice and has over twenty published articles in the field.
Mr. Vassalli received his Law Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a member of Pepperdine’s prestigious Law Review for two years. While at Pepperdine University School of Law, Mr. Vassalli received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for his work in the fields of Advanced Torts and American Legal History. He was on the Dean’s List multiple times for academic excellence and graduated in the top third of his class.
Mr. Vassalli is currently a member of the Warren Slaughter/Richard Roemer Inns of Court, Desert Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, American Bar Association, and is a Board Member of Consumer Attorneys of California (NLD).
Prior to law school, Mr. Vassalli attended California State University Northridge and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with an emphasis on Law and Society. David graduated in the top two percent of students in the Political Science department and won multiple awards for written and spoken advocacy while competing throughout the country in Model United Nations conferences.
Having attended George Washington Charter Elementary School, Palm Desert Middle School, and Palm Desert High School, David Vassalli is truly a product of the Coachella Valley. He takes pride in practicing law in the Coachella Valley and serving the community.
