Victorville Three-Vehicle Collision Injures Woman

A woman was injured Thursday in a three-vehicle collision Thursday in Victorville. The collision occurred around 11:40 a.m. near the intersection of Sixth Street and D Street. Police say three vehicles, including a silver Mitsubishi sedan, were involved in the crash. However, they do not have specific details about the cause of the crash.

A woman suffered unknown injuries in the three-vehicle collision. An ambulance then transported the victim to a local hospital. No one else appears to have been hurt.

Three-Vehicle Crash Under Investigation

The crashed vehicles blocked lanes on Sixth Street, causing traffic delays. However, D Street traffic remained unaffected. Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), nearly one-third of all traffic accidents are multi-vehicle accidents, or “pile-ups.” Multi-vehicle collisions are notorious for causing serious injuries and even death.
