Walter Clark Legal Group believes it is a driver’s responsibility to be attentive on the roadways. For this reason, our firm makes an effort to support designated drivers and provide rideshare services to help keep intoxicated drivers off of the roads.
As part of this commitment, our firm was excited to provide a rideshare space and reimbursement for cabs and rideshares taken by attendees at 2022’s Celebrate CV on El Paseo event on December 30.
This event involved, food, drinks, a live performance by Grammy-nominated artist Jordin Sparks and so much more! Walter Clark Legal Group was excited to sponsor the fun and help ensure everyone got home safely.
Below are the instructions we provided for this event, should any past guests need it. We look forward to future opportunities to help ensure safety on the roadways.
The pick-up location is at the roundabouts at The Gardens on El Paseo by Pottery Barn and Brooks Brothers/Talbots, located at 73545 El Paseo, Palm Desert, CA 92260.
Riders at the event can scan the QR code at the designated rideshare spot when leaving the event to register for a reimbursement coupon. Additional details will be provided at the rideshare spot for those interested.
How to Participate:
- Participants must register for a reimbursement coupon by visiting our Eventbrite page
- Select the “Celebrate CV Safe Ride Home” event
- Click “Reserve a Spot” and follow the prompts to register
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided
- Take your rideshare/cab home from Celebrate CV on El Paseo and pay the fare
- On December 31, registered participants will receive an email with instructions on how to submit their receipt for reimbursement
- Reimbursement checks will be sent by mail within 30 days
