Martha’s Village & Kitchen’s 17th Annual Thanksgiving Day 5K

Thanksgiving Day has always been a special holiday to us, reminding us to extend our gratitude and service to the community. For this reason, our firm is ecstatic to once again sponsor the 17th Annual Thanksgiving Day 5K benefitting Martha’s Village & Kitchen!

Martha’s Village & Kitchen is a local non-profit organization that has proudly been providing homeless services in the Coachella Valley since 1990. The organization began as a soup kitchen and has since transformed into a series of programs that help families and individuals break the cycle of poverty, regain their lives and pass on new life skills to the next generation.

For the past 16 years, the Thanksgiving Day 5K benefiting Martha’s Village & Kitchen has been a Coachella Valley staple. The event typically draws over 5,000 people and is the premier fundraiser for Martha’s Village & Kitchen. This event will take place at 73545 El Paseo Palm Desert, CA US 92260 and begin at 8 AM on Thanksgiving Day.

We at Walter Clark Legal Group are excited to once again sponsor and participate in this wonderful event to help fight homelessness in our community. In addition to the 5K, this event will have activities for children, a section to pick up freebies for your pet, and a beer garden for participants aged 21 or older.
