A faulty backup camera has led Ford to recall over 600,000 vehicles from its 2020 manufacturing lineup. To put this in perspective, virtually every vehicle Ford produced in 2020, including the every popular F-series trucks, are part of this massive recall.
Fortunately, no accidents have been reported as of yet due to the faulty camera, which has been reportedly going blank during use due to a sub-par electrical connection. Drivers who receive a recall notice beginning in December can have this camera replaced at their nearest dealership for free. More information about the recall can be found here.
Ford drivers should contact their dealership if they have any further questions about this recall.
