480,000 Infant Swimsuits Recalled
Target

According to a recent announcement from Target, the major national retailer has stated that they will be recalling 480,000 infant swimsuits and rompers due to a possible choking hazard. Target made this announcement through the US Consumer Safety Product Commission, who speerheads product recalls across the country.

Based on the information provided by Target,  the snaps included on the swimsuits in question can break, causing exposure to choking and laceration hazards. So far, there have been 16 reports filed involving similar incidents. As per the guidelines included in the recall, parents and guardians are advised to return the swimsuits to Target immediately in exchange for a full refund. More information can be found here.
