Fiery Highway 395 Crash Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Injured

One person is dead and two others are injured after a fiery Highway 395 crash. The fatal crash occurred just before 5 p.m. just north of Palmdale Road. According to police, a blue BMW with three occupants was traveling north on the highway when the driver jumped the curb and lost control. The BMW rolled several times, then crashed into a tree and caught fire.

Two passengers were ejected from the BMW. Both were airlifted to trauma centers for critical injuries. The third passenger was also injured. Around 5:30 p.m., authorities reported that one person had died from their injuries. It is unclear which occupant this was.

Police shut down Highway 395 from Seneca Road to Crossroads Way for several hours. The Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating the fiery Highway 395 crash.
