Massive Hot Pocket Recall In Effect
nestle

One of America’s most iconic frozen foods, Nestle’s Hot Pockets are being recalled in massive quantities due to reports of glass and hard plastic found inside of the products. According to the statement provided by Nestle, the Hot Pockets in question pose a serious “choking [and] laceration risk” for those who may inadvertently consume them.

In total, the recall current affects well over 760,000 pounds of the food product. It is also interesting to note that this recall only includes Hot Pockets produced between the dates of November 13 and November 16. With this in mind, it is breathtaking to realize just how many Hot Pockets are produced in the United States on a daily basis.

The specific issues regarding the Hot Pockets first came to light following four customer complaints. Now, Nestle is advising anyone who purchased Hot Pockets in this time period to return their items to the original place of purchase for a full refund. More details about this particular recall can be found here.
