Motorcycle Crash in Victorville Leads to Airlift

On Tuesday, a traffic collision in Victorville involving a motorcyclist resulted in a rapid airlift to a nearby trauma center. According to authorities, the accident occurred at approximately 11:56 a.m. on Tuesday on Amargosa Road in Victorville. The traffic collision only involved two vehicles, which were a 2021 Honda NC700x motorcycle and a 2015 Toyota Highlander.

Although the cause of the accident was still under investigation at the time of the original news publications, reports have indicated that the driver of the motorcycle suffered major injuries. Unfortunately, over 5,000 people died in 2019 alone of motorcycle accidents in the United States. Motorcycle riders must constantly practice vigilance and safe riding techniques in order to keep themselves and any passengers safe. It is also important to note that nearly every community in the Coachella Valley suffered a vehicle-related fatality in 2019.
