Do You Have Information on Fatal Off-Roading Accident?

An off-roading accident left a Santa Clarita man dead Saturday night. The fatal crash happened in the El Mirage Dry Lake Bed off-highway vehicle area around 11:15 p.m. The rider, 51-year-old Christopher Becker, was operating a Suzuki DRZ-400 when he lost control and was ejected from the motorcycle.

Firefighters responded to the incident and attempted to render aid. The victim was pronounced dead at 12:04 a.m. The Victorville California Highway Patrol (CHP) is investigating the fatal off-roading accident. It is unclear why Becker lost control of the motorcycle or how fast he was traveling when the crash occurred. Anyone with information about the accident can contact the Victorville CHP at (760) 241-1186.
