Last Sunday, a 20-year old driver crashed their vehicle into a parked police car in Victorville. According to authorities, the driver was also under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash.
The police were responding to a non-injury hit and run at the time of this particular incident. When the 20-year old driver approached the parked police cars with their lights flashing, they failed to brake appropriately and collided with one of the two vehicles.
